Home Watch is a visual inspection of a home or property, looking for obvious issues.

Our checklists are customized based on industry best practices and your needs and requirements.

Home Watch List:

• Exterior of property examined for obvious issues

• Screens examined on porch/lanai enclosures for obvious signs of damage

• Windows and screens examined for obvious signs of damage

• Remove newspapers, flyers and packages from front and /or patio and/or mailbox

• Garage exterior and interior examined for obvious issues

• Storage sheds examined for issues

• Watering of plants interior or exterior

• Pools checked for: algae growth and /or debris, pool equipment check for leakage, pool pump checked, and pool water levels checked

• Electrical breaker panel examined

• Thermostat and humidity checked for proper temperature and humidity (picture sent to client)Inside temperature and humidity reported to client

• Check all doors and windows to make sure that they are locked and secure and no damage.

• Check refrigerator and freezers to ensure proper function and the correct temperature

• Check garbage disposals

• Visual check of washer and dryer

• Visual check of walls, windows, ceilings, water heaters, HVAC system, under sinks and around toilets for obvious signs of leakage

• Visual check for pest infestation

• Toilet bowl cleaned

• HVAC filter checked and changed
