Their partnership blends two distinct strengths: Bob’s deep expertise in business operations and systems, and Chris’s values-driven, hands-on approach to problem-solving. Together, they offer a trustworthy balance of strategy and service, detail and dependability.

With experience in leadership coaching, fitness, and construction, he brings a mix of practicality, patience, and real-world know-how to every job.
Originally from New York, Chris believes in showing up, being honest, and treating every home like it belongs to someone he cares about. When he’s off the clock, you’ll probably find him working on his AI start-up, riding his motorcycle, cheering on the New York Rangers, lifting weights, or tinkering with new tech and music projects.

Bob has spent more than 17 years helping franchise businesses grow—from strengthening operations and training to managing construction projects. Along the way, he’s developed a sharp eye for detail, a strong customer-service focus, and a steady approach to solving unexpected challenges. His background helps him spot things others might miss, providing real value and peace of mind for his clients. His curiosity for how things work, paired with the responsibility that comes with being trusted with someone’s property, shapes the way he works. Earning that trust is something he takes seriously on every job.
Born and raised in Bergen County, New Jersey, Bob has great memories of tailgating at NY Giants games and watching the NJ Devils at the Meadowlands Arena. When he’s not working,
he’s usually with his wife Meg—walking at the marina, weightlifting, or tackling a DIY project around the house.
